Refund policy

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return it, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt and return to us within 14 days of receipt. All notifications of intention to return must be sent by email to andgoldldn@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your full name, address and order number. Upon receipt of the email, the return will be reviewed and a return address provided.
  • All returns must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Refunds will not be provided until the item is received, therefore we strongly advise that you send via a fully tracked and insured service. Returns will not be provided if the item(s) show signs or evidence of wear, damage or alteration of any kind. Once received, returns will be assessed and, once approved, a refund will be issued via the same means payment was made.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless in the instance of gross misrepresentation.

  • Returns from outside the UK must be shipped in the same manner with the necessary customs and duties forms attached. Packages must be marked as UK RETURN to avoid import taxes and duties. If this is not done, any import taxes and duties charged to us will be deducted from the refund amount, along with any payment processing fees and exchange rate losses. Original postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
