Shipping policy
UK Customers
- Shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully tracked and insured (up to £2,000) service.
International Customers
- Shipping outside the UK is via DHL Express only. This is a fully tracked and insured (up to £4,000) service.
- Whether you are an international, or UK customer, I aim to ship your order 1-3 working days after payment has been received. If there are any delays to these timescales I will keep you informed.
- I am not responsible for shipping delays outside of my control, including courier strikes and international customs delays.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- For International orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please ensure you make yourself aware of these before making any purchase.
